any place thats not TOO expensive and is clean is good =]

ARobert 		Anywhere, as long as a guardian is with you with your birth certificate. Your guardian needs to show ID as well and prove they are your legal guardian/parent.

SmithK 		If they're a clean shop, they check ID. A truly clean shop won't be cheap either, it costs money to sterilize equipment and stay on the good side of the health department. You need to wait until you're 18 if you want to be ensured of your safety.
