im 17 and im moving out when i get out of high school, but me and my bf need to know where we can find the best and fairly cheapest apartments in Houston, it needs to be near the vietnamese part of Houston. plz help!!!!!!! this is very important, and we need to know what are the best and cheapest electricity and water companies to use. basically we need to know how much a month it would cost to live in an apartment in the Vietnamese part of Houston.
