PriyaM 		Frankly, it's the best news out of Texas politics I've heard in almost a decade.

Obviously, if you think that JUST by being a lesbian, she is not a good role model, you need to be around more lesbians.

HoustonMytown 		I hope she does a good job BUT I was seriously disappointed when once again a gay person had to make sexuality a huge part of something that it has nothing to do with- she won an election, it was either based on likeability or stance on the issues NOT sexuality, she needs to get over it.
