Where to find CNA jobs in Houston for someone with a certification but no experience?

My girlfriend has now called 5 different companies and every single one demands one year experience and not just a CNA certification. Several have already called back and said "please call us back as soon as you get more experience".

Where can my girlfriend find CNA jobs and/or internships that do not require one year experience?
