Where in Houston is a very affordable place/venue to throw my sweet 16?

I'm looking for a warehouse sort of place, not anything fancy because I'm on a very tight budget. Does anyone know websites/information on how to rent or contact warehouses or huge spaces for parties in Houston, TX Galleria Area or Downtown Area? Thanks.
