What would you like to see in an amusement theme park in houston, tx?

Researching opening an amusement park in Houston and looking for ideas of what people would like in ride types, shows, food, etc.
All suggestions appreciated.

We have couple of water park closely, lets get a theme park too.

It would be awesome to have one right in Houston. We lost Six flags few years back because of their financial crisis. May be theme similar to Universal kingdom, Magical Kingdom would good. How about Simpson park, Lego land with rides from small kids to adults. Six flags have bigger rides but we have in SA and go anytime. This can be something different and unique to go with our city name, Space city. May be more towards shows and sports.
