What is the hottest night club in Houston these days?

I need a place to throw a birthday party for my girlfriend. The place should have excellent bottle service (for about 10-12 people), nice crowd (no gangsters), and the "it" place to go in Houston on a Saturday. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

PriyaM 		I think Numbers is one of the only Houston clubs without horrible rapper wanna be people and bad music.

They always do cool stuff for Halloween. Costume contests and such. (don't know which Saturday..)
