What is the going rate for transcription services in Houston, TX?

I'm going to be conducting a qualitative study. I will require the services of a transcriptionist, or a transcription company. It will be a small study, with approximately 20 to 30 subjects.

8 to 10 cents per line. Rate per line depending on the work, if the work related to clinic ( 5 to 25 doctors) rate per line will be less eg around 8 cents, if the work related to hospital setting (50 to 5000+ doctors) 10+ cents. Rate per line is purely depending on the transcription company. It varies company to company depending on the expenses to transcribe a line.
