What is the best upscale restaurant in Houston?

Valentine's Day is coming up quick! I've always wanted to go to a 4-star or 5-star restaurant..is there a website that shows all 4-star and 5-star restaurants in Houston? Which one is the best? Zula? Quattro? something else? I want to show my girlfriend the best and classiest time ever with wine, entree, dessert, etc.

StewartJ 		I like Fogo de Chao. It's a Brazilian steakhouse that's pretty popular. It's always packed and the food is delicious. Here's a link: http://www.fogodechao.com/home/
It's really pricey and has some great south American wines.

HoustonMytown 		Morton's, Maggiano's, and Oceanaire. All are very good restaurants with great service and food. There is a wide enough variety in each menu to select what type of food you would like to eat.

HoustonMytown 		As far as upscale, I would have to say Escalante in Sugar Land. It is upscale mexican food. Just drive out bound on 59 and when you get to Hwy. 6 get off and go to town center You have to park in a parking garage and then walk, but only like 2 min.

JasonS 		I lived in Houston years ago. There was a fancy seafood buffet in downtown, or in Beaumont. I just cannt remember. It runs $30 per person, but all you can eat crab,lobster gumbo jamballya. etc,etc/ Look in your phone book under seafood.

ARobert 		The best three restaurants in Houston are Mark's, Pappas steakhouse, and Fogo de chao. all on Westheimer. Really best in houston and maybe the world.
