Is there anything unique about the IKEA in Houston?

Several weeks ago, IKEA ran a promotion of some variety offering free breakfast, but the disclaimer mentioned that the Houston location was excluded. And recently on a TV commercial, I saw in the disclaimer following a mattress promotion that the prices at the Houston store would vary. Is there anything special about the Houston IKEA?
