Houston is a great city for everybody! It's a VERY diverse city! You can find a little bit of every culture, race, whatever!
Houston would definitely be a better choice than Dallas.

GonsalvezM 		I think Houston is better. Austin next. Check the education level and the number of mixed marriages from the census bureau stats.

Your best bet is San Francisco or Los Angeles.

SmithK 		Houston is a good city for everybody. I love the fact that there are so many different races, religions, cultures. And you are able to buy a big house for a low price compared to houses in NY or CA.
