I'm a dental asst with 2 years experience, and I work downtown Houston. How much should I be making, ballpark?

I know it depends on my level of skill (I'm the only asst and do a very good job) and other stuff like that, but I'm going to start negotiating salary soon and I don't want to ask for something ridiculous.

ARobert 		look it up on ask jeeves they usually do salary by how many years experience and where you live.

I think 14-16 is resonable depending if you work for a specialist like OS then maybe more
