How often do you see the judge in a City of Houston (Texas) Municipal court once you turn yourself in?

I have $1800 in warrants and I do not have the money to pay, nor can I afford to be refused my license. How much is paid towards your tickets a day, once you turn yourself in? Can I turn myself in at one of the satellite centers? Will they make me sit the entire total out or can I get community service?
