Electricity provider Spark energy contract expiring, want to know good, best price provider soon?

Last week sales guy from TXU energy came knocking to get us signed up with them. But I already have spark energy contract for a year which will expiring soon. I like to know a good and best provider compared to spark who has best prices as well.

JustAskHouston 		You should be able to bargain with Spark itself by taking advantages of being their customer for a year if so. They most of time meet or beat the price from other retail providers. It would be a good option instead of moving to new provider. This way you build reputation and get better price. If they don't, ambit is good and there few other players in the market too.

houstonopolis 		Ambit Energy is the cheapest one so far. They have a good program with great incentives to join. My light bill used to be around $540 per month on my 2 story 2500sqft home now I pay around $380. Maybe it could just be me but I have never seen anything so cheap before. Maybe someone else has a different opinion but I doubt it. Good Luck!
