Does anyone know a good lawyer in the Houston area to help with a bussiness issue?

An auto shop destroyed one of my wheels while trying to remove the tire from the rim and doesn't want to take care of it. What type of lawyer do I need and does anyone know of a good one in the Houston area? Thanks.

The BBB just contacts the business through snail mail to try and settle the dispute. they send the business a letter then wait for a response then write back so it would be a month or two before you get a result from that. If you want to file a lawsuit` You would need an attorney that has experience with small claims...they charge $150 per hour and up not including court cost but sometimes you can also throw that into the lawsuit against the business. If you still want to go through with the lawsuit, make sure you have plenty of evidence, pictures of before & after, reciepts, anything else that has to do with this issue...
