Are there any designated bonfire areas in or around Houston?

I want to organize a bonfire at the end of the school year, just for fun, but I don't want to get any citations or have the festivities busted by the cops because we're in an illegal area or something. I know there are designated bonfire areas in existence, but are there any in or around Houston, Texas?
