What is the best (or recommended) University in Houston that offers a Pre-Med program?

I am looking for a University that offers premed courses. There are many schools in Houston but I do not know which one is the best.

tmvijai 		I would assume Rice is the best considering its rank. Med schools aren't going to look at where you went, but rather how you did.
