What small businesses do well in the Houston, TX area?

I am interested in starting my own business, but I'm really not sure of the business needs for Harris county (Houston area). I'd greatly appreciate any insite that someone may be able to offer.

StewartJ 		How much is your start up? There are alot of business opporunities there but its pretty competitive. I lived in houston 25 years of my life but I moved 400 miles away to do a gas station business because houston is really competitive.
