What are some good places in Houston for a cupcake and tea party?

I'd like to throw one for 10 people, but I need a good place. I know about the St.Regis tea parties, but they're really expensive. I also hate sugar baby's, so please don't suggest it. I really like cute places, and I don't want to do it at my house.Thanks!
