Can you take the driving written test in Chinese in houston,texas?

If so, where can you take it? Is the written test on the computer in chinese?
Please provide some information on how to obtain a drivers license in houston the easiest way possible. My mother speaks chinese and wants to take the test however, she would be much more comfortable if the test was in chinese. please let me know what i could do.

GonsalvezM 		You can take practise tests in Chinese but the real thing is either in written English or a Spanish oral test. http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/DriverLicense/documents/EngSpanExam.pdf
