Which has a better public transportation system Dallas or Houston?

Hello, I would like to relocate to Texas from Chicago. I want to know if Dallas or Houston has a better transportation system?

SmithK 		Well they are both developing and getting there, not quite like Chicago, yet. But Houston, I use it most of the time.
